Prior to moving in you will need to arrange an ‘in’ inventory with one of the agents, this ensures that everything is in working condition before moving in and another opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

6. During your Tenancy
If you have any issues during your tenancy, please don’t hesitate to contact the Team at Aura Estates. We endeavour to resolve any complaints and answer any questions you may have as quickly and in the best possible way. Any maintenance issues can be resolved by contacting the maintenance team.

If you wish to remain in the property, you must inform the agency and the tenancy will be automatically renewed, though you will be required to sign a new Tenancy Agreement with new terms and conditions. In the unfortunate case where you wish to end your Tenancy, you will be required to give the Agency 2 months’ notice in advance.
