When you sell a house through Your Move Dunstable, you won’t pay us any Agency Fee until you complete the sale. Our unrivalled marketing package is fully inclusive of photography, floorplans, drone photography (where appropriate), 360 virtual tours (where appropriate) and Facebook advertising (subject to branch participation). We can also help with an EPC if you need it.
The Agency Fee we charge is based on a number of factors. We offer either a % fee or a fixed amount option and we will discuss this with you when we value your property. The Agency Fee will also vary if we are one of two or more agents selling the property.
