Inam at this agency was very helpful/professional. We move in quick to our rented property and he dealt with any concern we had immediately. He answered calls and email quickly.I will definitely recommend them. And I must mention they are very flexible with length of contracts.
Also they make preparation when you leave the property for you to collect your last letters at their office. Which I find was very good some agency will tell the current tenant to return the letter or some you will never get your letter. Will definitely recommend Autaestates.

I have used Aura Estate Ltd to let several properties. All the staff are friendly, keen, helpful and professional. Since using Aura Estate I have not used any other agent and I will continue to use them as long as the service is excellent. They listen to what you are looking for in a tenant give you a realistic expectation of rent and give advise on anything to increase the rent or marketability of the property. The property management team (Ellie) are also excellent in providing references and liaising with in regards to conditions. I would highly recommend any private landlord who out-sources their property management to use Aura Estate Ltd as they are experienced, knowledgeable and have great contractors at their disposal.

We have used Aura Estate Ltd letting service for 3 years and we are very glad we did. This was our first, and only, letting experience and if it had not been for them we would have sold up years ago. They were so supportive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. If anything needed fixing they had very skilled and reasonably priced tradespeople on call.
