I have used Aura Estate Ltd to let several properties. All the staff are friendly, keen, helpful and professional. Since using Aura Estate I have not used any other agent and I will continue to use them as long as the service is excellent. They listen to what you are looking for in a tenant give you a realistic expectation of rent and give advise on anything to increase the rent or marketability of the property. The property management team (Ellie) are also excellent in providing references and liaising with in regards to conditions. We have used Aura Estate Ltd letting service for 3 years and we are very glad we did. This was our first, and only, letting experience and if it had not been for them we would have sold up years ago.
